At PuckWear.ca, we want you to be completely satisfied with your gear. If something isn't right, our team is here to help. Please review our policy below and start the process easily through our returns portal.

General Policy

  • Standard (non-custom) items: Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Customized gear: Due to the personalized nature of custom jerseys, team uniforms, and tailored protective equipment, these items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect.
  • Proof of purchase: A receipt or order confirmation is required for all returns.

Condition of Gear

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Used or worn protective equipment (helmets, gloves, pants, etc.)
  • Face shields or visors with protective film removed
  • Mouth guards
  • Socks or base layer apparel

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective product or the wrong item, please contact us immediately. We cover all return shipping costs for our mistakes and will send a replacement or issue a full refund as soon as the issue is confirmed.

Refunds & Processing

  • Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of approval. Refunds are credited to your original payment method within 5–10 business days (depending on your financial institution).
  • Exchanges: For size or style swaps, we recommend returning the original item for a refund and placing a new order to ensure availability. You can also indicate your exchange request in the returns portal.
  • Shipping costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is the customer's responsibility. We offer a prepaid label for your convenience (cost deducted from refund).
