1. Where does PuckWear.ca ship?
We ship across all provinces and territories in Canada, including Ontario, Quebec, British Columbia, Alberta, and more. Orders are shipped via Canada Post or professional freight carriers with full tracking.

2. How long will it take to receive my order?
Custom gear typically requires 5–10 business days for processing. In-stock items ship within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, delivery within Canada usually takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location.

3. How can I track my order?
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link. You can also log into your account on our website to check your order status.

4. What are the shipping costs?
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on order weight, dimensions, and destination. We also offer free shipping promotions from time to time—check our website for details.

5. Are your products officially licensed?
We work with trusted suppliers and authorized brands to ensure all gear meets safety and quality standards. Our custom-built equipment is crafted in-house with precision and durability in mind.

6. Do you offer custom jersey printing (names, numbers, logos)?
Yes! We provide heat-pressed, embroidered, and sewn customization. Simply leave your request at checkout or contact us with your design files.

7. Can I customize goalie equipment?
Absolutely. We offer full customization for reinforced masks, thicker chest protectors, full-steel goalie skates, and more. You can choose sizes, thickness levels, colors, and protection grades.

8. I'm not sure about sizing. Can you help?
Please refer to the detailed size charts on each product page. If you're still unsure, contact us for a virtual fitting consultation—our experts will guide you based on your height, weight, and position.

Returns & Warranty

9. Can I return or exchange an item if it doesn't fit?
- Standard gear: Unused items with original tags can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery.
- Custom gear: Due to the personalized nature, custom items are final sale unless there is a manufacturing defect.

10. What if I receive a defective product?
We stand behind the quality of our gear. If you receive an item with a manufacturing defect (e.g., stitching failure, broken hardware), please contact us within 7 days with photos. We will arrange a replacement or repair at no cost.

11. Is there a warranty on helmets and face shields?
Yes. All protective equipment meets industry standards. Warranty periods vary by brand and product type, typically ranging from 90 days to 1 year. Please check the product packaging or contact us for details.

Gear Maintenance & Care

12. How do I clean and maintain my hockey protective gear?
We recommend hand washing or wiping down liners with a damp cloth. Do not machine dry—air dry in a well-ventilated area away from direct sunlight to preserve materials.

13. How often should I sharpen my skates?
Generally, every 6–8 hours of ice time, depending on ice conditions and your skating style. If you feel slipping or difficulty gripping, it's time for a sharpening.

14. Do you sell used gear?
Currently, we focus on new and custom-built equipment. For used gear, check out our community partners or local hockey exchange events.

15. We're a hockey team/club. Do you offer team discounts?
